Session Evaluation
The Open Educational Resource (OER) movement has focused largely on creating and aggregating traditional educational media (textbooks, graphics) that do not make use of the dynamic qualities of the World Wide Web. In this presentation, I will discuss how the next wave of OER needs to focus on being interactive and mobile-friendly in order to meet the needs of 21st century learners.
