Many teachers reward students who have done well with tickets (mine are blue). But I give extra tickets to students who are observant enough to help me get better. What more could we teach our students if we taught fearlessly and looked at our mistakes as opportunities? We'll share energizing stories of both teachers boldly modeling the challenges of problem-solving and students learning the importance of embracing their mistakes with confidence, innovation and creativity.
