Cellphones are often seen as a distraction in schools.  They can cause a plethora of problems when used as a social device rather than a tool.  Turn the cell phone into a classroom tool rather than a behavioral problem.  Apps are a wonderful way to engage students in day to day learning.  These tools can be used to capture your students and bring their skills to the next level.  With the controlled use of cellphones in classes; students can stay engaged, increase their independent analytical functioning and still learn with a smile.
