In order to take learning deep we need to think deeply about learning.This hands-on workshop will explore research-based strategies and simple taxonomies capable of shifting the ownership of learning from teacher to student. It will focus on the importance of teacher clarity and strategies for sharing and articulating the learning journey more effectively, whilst exploring the importance of developing students as question askers, learning designers and directors of their own learning in order to involve them more closely in the process.
