Are you swamped with papers, notebooks and emails for your curriculum and lesson planning work? Do you wish you had an easily searchable, central location to organize all your materials  - including emails, videos and images? Would you like to be able to collaborate with your colleagues across the hall, across town or around the world at any time, from any device (phone, tablet or laptop)?  We answered yes to all of the above and went searching for a cheap (free) online solution - and found one!
We will share our journey of discovery and adoption of the free online application (Microsoft OneNote) for the Gallery Instructor Program at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston. The implementation of this digital organizational system, to which information can be added, edited and accessed by all members of community, will be explained and explored. Slides, videos and digital notebooks will illustrate the yearlong process of organizational and content considerations, technical training sessions, and how community and connections were strengthened in the process.
