Welcome to Pine Crest School! I have been part of the Pine Crest community for more than two decades. I have served as a Lower School teacher and Instructional Coach, and in January 2014 I was appointed to the position of Director of Educational Design and Innovation. Currently serve as Executive Director of Educational Design and Strategic Initiatives, In my position I work to advance existing and new educational programs within the school. Special attention is given to evaluating and shaping the programs to meet the school's mission and building connections across divisions and disciplines. Professional development is a major piece of this implementation. As the Executive Director of Educational Design and Strategic Initiatives, I organize professional development specifically suited to support faculty in implementing new approaches for 21st century learning. In addition, I oversee educational technology and works with the members of our Computer Science and Technology Specialists to design and develop curricular learning experiences across all grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12.
