Collado - Building a Learning Farm of Global Collaborators
Motivating students to think deeply and solve increasingly complicated problems with purpose is now essential and very doable.  One of the most successful strategies is to engage students in solving authentic problems with students their own age from another country.  We have developed a framework that can be applied to any grade and subject.  Middle School Principal, Dr. Nino Collado will provide compelling results about how math students collaborated with students in Africa. Even though this is a specific content based example, you will learn how to apply the framework across the curriculum.
